1-Attend a Free Class The best way to learn about CrossFit is to come check it out for yourself! We will introduce you to the methodology of Crossfit, show you a few movements, answer some of your questions, and maybe even sweat a little bit toward the end. We offer a free Intro Class that you can sign up for using the link below.

2-Come to a Saturday intro class Come to an On Ramp class any Saturday at 8am. We will go over, what CrossFit is and the essential movements (Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, and Medicine Ball Clean).
