Our new class called CrossFit EX Endurance uses high-intensity intervals to help athletes increase their cardiovascular endurance. Whether you're aiming to run your first 5K or get your fastest time yet this course is for you! The workouts offer the same results as logging multiple miles per day, but put less wear and tear on the body.
