Our CrossFit classes are group-based and consist of constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity.

Personal Training

Work 1-on-1 with a certified coach to achieve your fitness.

CF Burn

Burn WODs will primarily consist of body weight movements, light barbell, dumbbell, kettle bell and medicine ball movements in conjunction with high intensity cardio.

Fit Kids

Fit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.

This program is for people with CrossFit experience. We will teach you advanced strength and gymnastics skills.
