EX burn
boot camp training


It's true that CrossFit may not be for everyone. However we believe that leading a active and healthy lifestyle should be for everyone.  With this understanding we have created our Burn program.

EX Burn is designed for people who are looking to challenge themselves with a quick, high intensity, boot camp style workout. The goal is to get you in, get you sweating and get you out all in 45 minutes.  We have an experienced and fun coaching staff that will both teach and challenge you on your way to optimum fitness. This is what you can expect:
  • A focus on functional body weight movements.
  • Light to moderate weight exercises / No heavy lifting or technical movements.
  • Challenging cardio vascular training to burn calories.
  • All fitness levels are welcome with no experience required.

Pricing for Burn classes ONLY will be $110/month.
If you are CFEX member and would like to continue with regular CrossFit classes, Burn is available to those with an Unlimited membership.
Classes start 5/1/17 and will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30am (Rhyne Park) and 8:30am (CrossFit EX).
