HOW TO APPROACH THE WORKOUT
Traditional CrossFit Movements and variety.
The same crossfit methodology and challenge as the performance workouts, but without heavy barbells or high skill movements. Pure fitness without the complexity (oH yeah, and more volume).

Metcon (No Measure)
(Getting core temperature warm)
Mobility WOD (No Measure)
4 mins in each position
HIP / LEG
-wall squat w/ band for adductors (work the hips wide)
-groin stretch w/ band & plate (the glutes must be squeezed continuously)
- Samson stretch w/ band (if you hyper-extend hip) OR Straight leg mobility w/ band if you are too contracted.
LATS / SHOULDERS
-Lat tendon roll
-Anterior Delt Barbell Smash
-Shoulder band stretch in the external rotation position.
