HOW TO APPROACH THE WORKOUT
Traditional CrossFit Movements and variety.
The same crossfit methodology and challenge as the performance workouts, but without heavy barbells or high skill movements. Pure fitness without the complexity (oH yeah, and more volume).
*Scaled movements are in red
In front of a clock set for 12 minutes:
1 minute of box jumps
1 minute of kettle bell swings
2 minute of box jumps
2 minutes of kettle bell swings
3 minute of box jumps
3 minutes of kettle bell swings
*Count all reps together (both box jumps and KB swings).
L1 = Choose
L2 = (24 / 20), (53 / 35)
L3 = (30 / 24), (70 / 53)

MetCon (Rounds and Reps)
10 Min AMRAP
Partner 1 - 25 Med Ball Sit Ups (Overhead) - 20/14
Partner 2 - Hold Plank
Partner 2 - 25 Med Ball Sit Ups (Overhead) - 20/14
Partner 1 - Hold Plank
*Every time partners switch score the round.
