HOW TO APPROACH THE WORKOUT
Traditional CrossFit Movements and variety.
The same crossfit methodology and challenge as the performance workouts, but without heavy barbells or high skill movements. Pure fitness without the complexity (oH yeah, and more volume).

5 Min AMRAP
Snatch (KB SDLHP)
*In 5 mins you perform as many Snatches as you can (Power or Full). Your score will be the total weight that you move (reps x weight). 30 reps at 100lbs will equal 3000lbs moved. Feel free to adjust weight but make sure your score reflects the adjustment.
50 Mountain Climbers (steps)
25 American KBS (70/53) (1-15, 2- 53/35, 3- Russian)
10 tuck ups (1-5, 2- 15 Sit Ups)
10 second hollow hold (plank)
