HOW TO APPROACH THE WORKOUT
Traditional CrossFit Movements and variety.
The same crossfit methodology and challenge as the performance workouts, but without heavy barbells or high skill movements. Pure fitness without the complexity (oH yeah, and more volume).

Monday we will be finding our 1RM for back squat. Wednesday we'll find it for the bench press. Thursday we'll find it for the clean.
20 Mins to find Back Squat 1RM
1 min Max DL (225/155)
1 min Sit Ups w/ Abmat & Feet Anchored
1 min Max SDLHP (88/70)
- Partner 1 will work for the first 30 seconds of each round and partner 2 will work for the second 30 seconds of each round.
