Traditional CrossFit Movements and variety.
The same crossfit methodology and challenge as the performance workouts, but without heavy barbells or high skill movements. Pure fitness without the complexity (oH yeah, and more volume).

8 Min Tech AMRAP
1 Bar MU or 2 Hips to Bar or Ring
4 Scorpion Kicks or 30 sec HS Hold
8 Pistols or 1 Legged Squat from bench or medball
5 Kip Swings
30 sec Piked HS Hold
12 Min EMOM

Odd: 10 KBS then Max Med Ball SU (20/14)
Even: 5 Box Jumps (30/24) then Max Med Ball SU (20/14)
