HOW TO APPROACH THE WORKOUT
Traditional CrossFit Movements and variety.
The same crossfit methodology and challenge as the performance workouts, but without heavy barbells or high skill movements. Pure fitness without the complexity (oH yeah, and more volume).
*Scaled movements are in red
Then 85% for 3×3 with last set 3+
800m Run (1- 400m Run, 2- 200m Run)
30 Push Ups (1- 20 Push Ups, 2- Push Up off of bench or wall)
30 Chest to Bar PU (1- 20 C2B PU, 2- 30 PU, 3- 30 Jumping + accumulate 30 sec flex arm hang)
400m Run (1- 200m Run, 2- 100m Run)
20 Push Ups (1- 10 Push Ups, 2- Push Up off of bench or wall)
20 Chest to Bar PU (1- 10 C2B PU, 2- 20 PU, 3- 20 Jumping + accumulate 20 sec flex arm hang)
200m Run (1- 100m Run, 2- Run to the wall)
10 Push Ups (1- 5 Push Ups, 2- Push Up off of bench or wall)
10 Chest to Bar PU (1- 5 C2B PU, 2- 10 PU, 3- 10 Jumping + accumulate 10 sec flex arm hang)
