HOW TO APPROACH THE WORKOUT
Traditional CrossFit Movements and variety.
The same crossfit methodology and challenge as the performance workouts, but without heavy barbells or high skill movements. Pure fitness without the complexity (oH yeah, and more volume).
*Scaled movements are in red
(Isabel) 30 Snatches (135/ 95) or 75% of your snatch 1RM or (for new people) 50 SDLHP (53/35)
C2B PU or PU or Jumping PU 10 - 1
Thrusters 1 - 10 (Isabel wt) or (55/35)
*Take note of your Isabel time, but continue into the thruster and C2B ladder. Start with 10 chest to bars and one thruster and subtract one C2B and add one thruster until you finish with one C2B and 10 thrusters (1 C2B, 10 Thrusters, 2 C2B, 9 Thrusters, 3 C2B, 8 Thrusters......... 10 C2B, 1 Thrusters).
