Performance
Traditional CrossFit Movements and variety.
Fitness
The same crossfit methodology and challenge as the performance workouts, but without heavy barbells or high skill movements. Pure fitness without the complexity (oH yeah, and more volume).

B. Weightlifting

2 Power Clean + 2 Push Jerk @78% of 1RM Clean

2 Rounds
2 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk @81% of 1RM Clean
- Catch the Power Clean at Parallel with a 1-second pause in receiving position -

* Rest as needed between sets *

SCALES
- Work on Power Clean tech or jerk tech
